28 Weeks Later 28 WEEKS LATER, the follow-up to the terrifically successful 28 Days Later, picks up six months after the rage virus has annihilated the British Isles. Source: Rotten Tomatoes
28 Weeks Later A nonstop assault on the senses almost to a fault, 28 Weeks Later is not your average sequel in that it actually equals, if not tops, its predecessor. Source: Hollywood.com
28 Weeks Later Starring: Rose Byrne, Jeremy Renner, Harold Perrineau, Catherine McCormack,... Review: 28 Weeks Later is the rarest thing you?re going to find at the movies this summer: a sequel that doesn?t suck. In fact, this explosive, nerve-frying followup to Danny Boyle?s much-admired 2002 hit 28 Days Later is a dynamite zombiefest all on its own. Taking over for Boyle as director and co-writer is Spain?s Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, who scored big in the horror lottery with Intacto. He picks up where Boyle left off, showing a few survivors seeking shelter in a farmhouse from a zombie plague that damn near depopulated England. When the attacks start again, Don (Robert Carlyle, he of the mad Trainspotting glint) ) scrams out the window leaving his wife (Catherine McCormack) to serve as a cannibal snack. Fresnadillo ups the gore quotient and shows a penchant for showoff editing and strobe... Rating: 3 Stars Source: RollingStone.com

3 Needles IN THEATERS DECEMBER 1, 2006 (LIMITED) 3 NEEDLES follows three different people located in different parts of the globe, all of whom have important decisions to make in order to help people stricken with AIDS. Source: Rotten Tomatoes
3 Needles Tis the season to be jolly, so what better way to kick-off the festivities than to discuss I3 NeedlesI, a movie about the AIDS epidemic sweeping the planet. Its not pleasant for anyone to think about, but its an important problem that, over the decades, continues to rear its ugly head. While I support films that educate and enlighten, I3 NeedlesI does neither of these things; in fact, it is so manipulative and sloppy that it left me more angry at writer-director Thom Fitzgerald than the tragic topic being mishandled onscreen. Source: Cinema Blend

30 Days of Night / **1/2 (R) By Roger Ebert A gaunt stranger haunts the streets of Barlow, Alaska, warning: "That cold ain't the weather. That's Death approaching." Since Barlow is said to be the northernmost town in America, 300 miles of roadless wilderness from its closest neighbor, and 30 days of continuous sunless night are commencing, I expected someone to reply, "You could have fooled me. I thought it was the weather." Source: RogerEbert Headlines

300 Lets get something straight about I300I right off the bat. This is not a movie about brave rebels fighting against some oppressive regime to safeguard freedom and democracy. When King Leonidas shouts For freedom! hes not talking about truth, justice, and the American way. Its mostly just jargon tossed into the trailers and the film for dim, easily manipulated people who get overly excited when they hear propaganda thrown around, you know, the type who arent big on paying attention to context. Source: Cinema Blend
