jason your right except you forgot to make the boss mad... you have to click on the first guy to get him to knock the papers on the floor that are on the desk witch is what the boss trips on when he's fixing the picture

first click on the guy that goes up the elevator once he starts talking, the boss will get mad then u can click the picture and he will slip and die. make sure not to click the picture until the guy takes the elevator back down second before the guy takes the elevator back down, click the computer on the bottom floor a few times. the guy will then get up and lean against the wall, once the dude upstairs takes the elevator down the guy leaning on the wall will fall back and u can make the elevator fall
