Where do you find the magnet?

STUCK!!!! two batterys, one piece of paper telling me to push the b***on to the right on the wall for ten seconds, one gold brick and one gla** tube with a piece of paper. Where do i go from here? I was able to put the gold bar on the wooden floor but nothin afterwards. so i just picked it up and went along searching again. HELP!!!
