Bored.com Halloween Costume Contest Rules: Submit a photo of yourself in a halloween costume. If we use your photo on our site you will automatically be entered in our $100 cash prize drawing. The winner will not be the person with the best costume, but instead we will randomly pick a winner from all the photos received since the end of the previous year's contest. Only customes that we think are good, funny, scary, or interesting will be accepted on our site. The contest is open to all ages. If you are the winner and are not a US resident, you must be able to accept payment from us by Paypal.com or a similar method. Only one entry per person. This contest is void where prohibited. The deadline for submitting photos is November 30th 2008 and the winner will be chosen several days later.
