I have the correct player needed but i still can't view the
video?
Usually if you need a new pluggin to view the video it should
automatically download for you. You may need to upgrade your
player to the current version to see some videos. Another possibility
may be that the link is outdated and the video no longer exists.

How do I find out what the format of the video is?
There is a column next to the 'song' column where you downloaded
the video. It will read either, windows media player, realplayer,
or other.
What file extensions will windows media player open up?
mpg, mpeg, asf, asx, avi, wmv

I'm looking for a video but i can't find it.
Make sure you have typed in the song/musician in the search
field with the correct spelling. If it still doesn't show up
it could be for 3 reasons.
1.) We never added it to the database
2.) The video is currently not available online
3.) We felt that the content of the video was not appropriate
for our website.
(If you know of a full length music video that *is* currently
online either at the musician's official website or their label's
