How to play Human manual

An alien research team wrote a field manual about humans, and their editors need help. Every day you get five chapters. Each chapter lists four deadpan observations about human behaviour: sleeping, queueing, blushing, keeping a bag full of other bags. Three of the four lines are funny but factually true. One is factually wrong. Tap the wrong line, or press 1 to 4 on desktop. After each pick you get the real science behind the chapter. Find all five errors to earn the rank of chief human researcher.

About Human manual

The joke behind Human manual is that humans are genuinely weird when described from the outside. We voluntarily go offline a third of our lives, pay extra for food that hurts, and grow bumps on our skin to fluff up fur we lost ages ago. All true. The game hides one made-up line between three real ones and dares you to tell them apart, which turns out to be surprisingly hard because reality keeps out-weirding fiction. Along the way you pick up actual trivia: why blood is never blue, where the 10,000 steps myth came from, and what your appendix has been quietly doing all along. Five chapters a day, new errors every morning.
