How to play Hop quest

Hop quest is a side-scrolling platformer with four themed levels: a green meadow, a dark cave, a slippery ice world and a lava cavern. Move left and right with the arrow keys or A and D, and jump with the space bar, the up arrow or W. On a touch screen use the on-screen buttons. Run across platforms, leap over pits and spikes, and stomp on walking enemies to take them out. Collect coins along the way and touch the checkpoint flag so you respawn there if you fall. Reach the goal flag at the end of each level to move on. Clear the round quickly for a time bonus.

Tips

• Stomp enemies from above, never run into them from the side
• Grab the checkpoint flag so a mistake does not send you back to the start
• Hold the jump a touch longer to clear the wider pits
• Finish fast, the leftover time turns into bonus points

About Hop quest

Hop quest is a classic side-scrolling platformer built for quick breaks. Four short themed levels keep each run snappy, while coins, spikes, walkers and a goal flag give you the full platformer loop without a download or a login. It plays just as well with arrow keys on a laptop as it does with the touch buttons on a phone.
