How to play Pixel duel

Pixel duel is a two-player versus fighting game played over a best of three on one keyboard. Player one uses A and D to move, W to jump, S to block, F to punch, G to kick and T for the fireball. Player two uses the left and right arrows to move, up to jump, down to block, full stop to punch, slash to kick and enter for the fireball. P pauses. On a phone you play solo against the CPU with on-screen buttons. Mix punches and kicks, block incoming hits to cut the damage, and time your fireball to catch your rival at range. Drain the health bar to win a round, win two rounds to take the match.

Tips

• Block instead of running, a guarded hit costs far less health
• Throw the fireball to control space and force a reaction
• Mix high and low attacks so your rival cannot block everything
• Punish a whiffed special with your strongest combo

Pixel duel is a pocket-sized one on one fighting game. Best of three rounds, a handful of attacks, a block button and a signature fireball give it real depth without a huge move list. Battle a friend on one keyboard or test yourself against the CPU, free and in the browser.
