How to play Pixel duel

Pixel duel is a two-player versus fighting game played over a best of three. Each fighter can move, jump, punch, kick, block and throw a special fireball. Player one uses one set of keys and player two uses another, or you can take on the CPU solo. Mix light and heavy attacks, block incoming hits to reduce damage, and time your fireball to catch your rival at range. Drain your opponent health bar to win a round. Win two rounds to take the match.

Tips

• Block instead of running, a guarded hit costs far less health
• Throw the fireball to control space and force a reaction
• Mix high and low attacks so your rival cannot block everything
• Punish a whiffed special with your strongest combo

About Pixel duel

Pixel duel is a pocket-sized take on the one on one fighting games that ruled arcades. Best of three rounds, a handful of attacks, a block button and a signature fireball give it real depth without a huge move list.
