How to play Planet manager

Your planet is tiny but its features have enormous personalities. The moon is cranky about the tides, the clouds rain sarcastically, the volcano turns everything into theatre and the mountains stand exactly where nobody wants them. Each cycle you give one feature your full attention, which lifts its mood, while everything you ignore quietly sulks a few points lower. Then a random cosmic event lands: an aurora cheers everyone up, a comet snubs the moon, a satellite takes an unflattering photo. Watch the mood bars, read the log and keep the overall harmony score up. Your planet is saved in your browser, so it keeps its grudges between visits.

One feature in the red drags the whole harmony average down
Cosmic events are random, do not take a bad Monday personally
Harmony above 75 is genuinely hard, screenshot it when it happens

About Planet manager

Planet manager is a small caretaking sim about keeping four celestial drama queens on speaking terms. There is no losing and no timer, just a planet that responds to your choices with mood bars and increasingly specific complaints. The writing does the heavy lifting: every feature reacts to attention in its own voice, and the event log fills up with things like the volcano rebranding its ash as glitter or the mountains losing an argument with their own echo. It plays in short visits. Come by, run a few cycles, nudge harmony up a little, leave. The planet saves itself and will absolutely remember how long you were gone. Good for unwinding, bad for people who need to be liked by fictional moons.
