How to play Color flood

You start in the top left corner of a coloured grid. Every move you pick one of the six colours from the buttons at the bottom. Your corner and every connected square of the same colour switch to your new pick, swallowing any neighbours that now match. Keep choosing colours to spread your blob until the whole grid is a single colour. You only get a fixed number of moves, so plan ahead. A fresh board is seeded from the date, so everyone plays the same puzzle each day.

Tips

• Look for the colour that touches the most of your blob right now
• Sometimes a smaller grab sets up a much bigger one next move
• Watch the move counter, the board is solvable inside the limit
• Clear the far corners early, they are the easiest to forget
