How to play Color porch

Every morning a fresh line-art page is waiting for you: a porch cat, a garden gnome, a teapot, a sunflower and other cosy little scenes. Pick a color from the palette and tap any region to fill it in one go. Feeling fancier? Switch to brush mode and doodle shading or patterns by hand, the brush automatically stays inside the lines of whichever region you start in, so nothing ever smudges over the edge. Undo steps back one move at a time. When the page feels done, hit finish to save it into your gallery, and download any page as a PNG if you want to keep it or share it. Come back tomorrow for the next page.

Tips

• Fill the big background regions first, it makes the whole page come alive instantly
• Use the brush for cheeks, stripes and shading on top of a filled region
• Nobody is grading you, a purple gnome with an orange beard is art
• Finish your page even if it is not perfect, the gallery is nicer with every day in it
