How to play Doughface

Drag anywhere on the face to grab the dough and pull it around. Gentle pulls earn a suspicious look, harder stretches trigger complaints, and a truly heroic tug ends in a dramatic faint. Stretch farther to unlock new faces in the gallery, then pick any unlocked face as your next victim. Your longest stretch is saved for sharing, but there is no score or way to lose.

Tips

• Slow drags stretch further than quick flicks, the dough follows your hand
• Fling it sideways and let go mid pull for the biggest wobble
• Pull past halfway and the face starts giving you a look
• New face is there whenever you get bored of the current victim

About Doughface

Squeezing something soft to settle your hands is an old habit, and foam stress balls have been sitting on office desks since the 1980s. Fidget toys work the same way: a small repetitive action gives your hands something to do while the rest of your head carries on. This one is a screen version of the same idea. There is nothing to win, nothing to finish and no way to break it. The face is drawn from scratch every time you load it, so the character you squish today is not the one you squished yesterday. Every one of them is invented here, so no real person or existing character ends up in the dough.
