About Mini crossword

The crossword turns 113 years old next December. Arthur Wynne made the first one for the New York World newspaper in 1913 and called it a word cross. The mini format, a quick five by five grid, took off again with the New York Times mini in 2014. People love it because it fits in a coffee break.
