Rhythm tap

Tap on the beat. Pick a track, perfect timing pays the most.

How to play Rhythm tap

Notes drop down four lanes towards a hit line at the bottom. Tap each note exactly when it crosses the line. Use the on screen pads or the matching keys on your keyboard. Hits in time give points, perfect timing gives more. Missing a note breaks your combo. The track ends when the song does. Your final score is total points and longest combo.

About Rhythm tap

Rhythm games have been around since Parappa the Rapper hit the PlayStation in 1996. Dance Dance Revolution turned arcades into shouting sweat boxes in the early 2000s. Guitar Hero brought it home with plastic guitars in 2005. Our scaled down browser version captures the core feel: four lanes, falling notes, perfect timing. No special hardware needed, just your keyboard or your fingers on a touch screen.
